Frances Perry House has announced new patient guidelines, which are now effective.

1. Patients are no longer required to have pre-operative COVID-19 testing prior to Caesarean Sections or gynaecological procedures.

2. Unvaccinated patients and partners are no longer required to have weekly COVID-19 testing.

3. Patients with access to a rapid antigen test can perform the test prior to admission to the hospital and take a photo of the result to show on admission.

All patients will continue to be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID.

Please note that there has been no change to visitor restrictions at The Women’s and Frances Perry House: women are still required to attend all antenatal visits alone.
