The WOGS doctors will each be taking leave at various times between Monday 23 August and Sunday 12 December. During this period, Dr Alice Truong will be covering for them. We’d like to welcome Alice to the team and introduce her to you.

Alice is a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist, with experience in low-and-high-risk pregnancies and general gynaecology. Alice completed her specialist training at Mercy Hospital for Women.

She then completed advanced fellowship training with a focus on high-risk obstetrics through the Maternal Fetal Medicine Unit at Sunshine Hospital and the Royal Women’s Hospital, as well as minimally invasive gynaecological surgery at Epworth Freemasons Hospital.

Alice is a new mum and understands the ups and downs of pregnancy and motherhood, and she is dedicated to supporting women through their journey. Outside of work and lockdown, Alice loves singing with her band and exploring the Melbourne foodie scene!
